Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Santa Fe Springs, CA site. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks on a Sunday-Friday schedule starting at 5:00 am, with weekly pay and comprehensive training.

The role requires a high-energy, hardworking individual who can lift 25-75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer pay progression, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to join our travel team across sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs across duties.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods at the warehouse.
• Select, audit, and palletize items; perform repacking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and carry out duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity: Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
