Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support and coordinate warehouse and distribution activities. This position reports to the Operations Manager and does not have any direct reports.

You will quote cartage, schedule pickups and deliveries, provide routing information, track shipments, inspect incoming products, and assist with inventory, safety, and space planning. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to lift 20–30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs repetitively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate warehouse and distribution activities.
• Quote cartage and confirm ship dates.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and provide routing information.
• Track shipments and expediting orders when needed.
• Inspect incoming products and maintain safety and inventory standards.
• Assist with space allocation and inventory rotation.
• Load/unload company route trucks and assist drivers as needed.
