Job summary

Hans-Mill Corporation is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support growing warehouse operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves loading/unloading goods, organizing inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment daily.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is required; health and retirement benefits are offered.

• Minimum 1 year of receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and complete company certification in OSHA 29 CFR compliance.
• Unload items from trucks into the warehouse and transfer to shelves/racking.
• Arrange or store unloaded items properly in the warehouse.
• Sort inbound goods and identify missing or damaged items.
• Assist in labeling orders and loading outbound trailers.
• Participate in cycle counts and other inventory accuracy tasks.
