Join Our Team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator

Our Warehouse Forklift Operators are skilled professionals responsible for maneuvering industrial powered equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and organized warehouse operations at Publix Distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Moving cases and pallets to designated warehouse locations
• Transporting products from receiving docks to reserve areas
• Replenishing pick locations as they are emptied, pulling stock from reserve areas
• Rotating inventory using the most dated stock first
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and empty slots
• Occasionally filling in for Warehouse Selectors and other roles as needed

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Successfully complete a Work Attitude Survey
• Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations before start date
• Ability to lift at least 67 pounds (85 pounds in Boxed Meat/Dairy)

Physical and Skill Requirements
