Ryder is hiring Crown Stand Up Forklift Operators in Northlake, Texas. The role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with a $1 shift premium for night hours, and a night-shift schedule 5:00pm-3:00am on Sun, Mon, Thurs, and Fri.

Qualifications

• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, totes, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance guidelines; other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Positions Pay Weekly

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to Night Shift

Schedule: Sunday/Monday/Thursdsay/Friday 5:00pm-3:00am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucksResponsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
