Job Description

The Warehouse Forklift Operator performs warehouse duties across all temperature zones, including replenishing selection slots and moving products into designated areas. The role supports all warehouse operations such as order selection and product put-away, as directed by management.

1. Replenish pick locations using KWCS system and management guidance, utilizing forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, or mid-rider.
2. Transport received products to assigned locations within the warehouse.
3. Work in various temperature zones, from -10°F to over 100°F in unregulated areas.
4. Operate warehouse equipment including cherry picker, forklift, mid-rider, and pallet jack.
5. Lift weights ranging from 30-60 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
6. Maintain knowledge of products and warehouse locations; KWCS system knowledge is preferred.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, removing debris and damaged items.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines strictly.
• Knowledge of the food industry is advantageous.
• Basic reading and spelling skills for paperwork completion.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to receive, follow instructions, and multitask with attention to detail.
