Job summary

Swanson Industries, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate at our Pennsauken, NJ facility to coordinate the flow of products and parts through the warehouse, optimize space usage, and support shipping and receiving activities.

You will move, stock, receive shipments, pull parts for jobs, and establish stocking locations while leveraging available technology and adhering to safety policies. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and accurate data entry to support production and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Performs work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, receive, and package outbound warehouse inventory.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Receive daily items and verify counts.
• Operate forklift for storage and shipments.
• Store and ship using hand-trucks and/or overhead cranes.
• Enter information into computer system for all materials and shipments.
• Pull parts and supplies to production for use in completing work orders.
• Maintain compliance with Swanson policies and procedures.
