You will load/unload trailers, secure loads, and operate lifting devices while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety. The job involves outdoor work in varying weather and heavy lifting as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift from 5,000 to 50,000 lbs.
• Read and interpret hazardous materials regulations.
• Accurately input data into computer systems.
• Maintain safety awareness and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers with or without equipment.
• Secure loads using straps, tarps, ropes, or lumber.
• Move freight using pallets, forklifts, or other devices.
• Record weights and inspect shipments against documents.
• Enter shipment data into the company computer system.
• Report safety hazards and on-the-job injuries immediately.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure dependable attendance.
• Move freight up to 4,000 pounds with pallet jack.
