Description

Signature Retail Services is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Warehouse Associate to assist with shipping/receiving and quality control inspections at our warehouse facility.

In this role, you will inspect inbound and outbound lumber products, make minor repairs to packaging, and report findings daily through an online system. You will work closely with the facility manager to ensure products meet quality standards and are properly documented. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this role is ideal for you.

This position offers a competitive pay of $21- $23 per hour, based on experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely unload and receive inbound shipments using a sit-down forklift or manual methods.
• Inspect products for quality, document findings, and address discrepancies before shipping.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and inspection reports.
• Manage inventory by palletizing, staging, and stock adjustments with forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Operate independently while communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Perform minor packaging repairs to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• 5+ years of forklift and order picker experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Smartphone with internet access, capable of sending/receiving texts and emails.
• Basic tools such as work gloves, hand tools, tape measure, and box cutter.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, and climb ladders safely.
• Regular lifting of 50+ lbs without assistance.
