Job summary

Ryder System in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This temp-full-time role pays $20.00 per hour, with a $1.00 hourly increase after conversion to full-time, and requires forklift certification and reliable attendance.

The position runs on the second shift, Sunday through Thursday, with a long Sunday shift that crosses midnight.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License, certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.

• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour added once converted to full‑time.
