Job summary

ADM is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Arbuckle, CA for an hourly role in the Packaging department. The position requires forklift qualification, English literacy, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include safe operation, adherence to ADM policies, overtime availability, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Baseline pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with ADM offering a comprehensive benefits package.

This is an hourly position

Position Summary:

• This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Packaging department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:

• Must have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities

• Not afraid of heights


• Can work overtime each day


• Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures


• Assist in completing JSA’s

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
