Job summary

Lingo Staffing in Plainfield, IN is hiring Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers and Forklift Operators for multiple shifts. Earn $13.00–$17.50 per hour plus a $1.00 attendance bonus and a $1.50 shift differential on mid and overnight shifts. Weekly pay, full-time hours, and on-site onboarding.

Positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with long-term, stable employment. Bilingual English/Spanish friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hard-working attitude with good attendance.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift; heavy roles up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).
• Must complete onboarding and on-site tour before start date.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Handle light- and heavy-duty material-handling tasks as assigned.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Forklift Operators: safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklift and perform daily checks.
