Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehousing experience.
- Ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment, including operating a PIT at an elevation of 25+ feet from the warehouse floor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done to deliver customer delight.
- The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines.
- Standard shift hours are generally observed, and the job may include voluntary or mandatory overtime.
- This role will be expected to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Compensation/Benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Job Summary:
Warehouse Operators are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) inside and around racking systems, applying and scanning labels to ensure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of safety and best practices while operating equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Crane or Box Truck.
- Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area.
- Apply new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs.
- Use established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements.
- Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials.
- Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin.
- Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
- Implement prescribed steps and ensures effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
- Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions.
- Demonstrate awareness of non-verbal behavior/cues (i.e., body language) when listening and communicating.
- Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding.
- Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manages time efficiently to accomplish goals.
- Remain focused without becoming sidetracked by non-urgent or less important tasks or interruptions.
- Demonstrates punctuality and reliability in meeting individual deadlines, complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Comply with and promote safety guidelines.
- Promote a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.
