Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Dekalb, Illinois to support warehouse operations. The role offers a 3.5 day workweek with Sunday-Tuesday shifts and a 5:15 am to 4:45 pm schedule, plus a half-day Wednesday shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse/power equipment experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Support automated packing system maintenance during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
