Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Driver for the South Brunswick, NJ distribution center. The role focuses on daily picking, loading and unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy using our warehouse systems.

Onsite work requires strong attendance, teamwork, and the ability to read SKUs and locations. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of forklift experience and be capable of operating multiple power equipment types.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience with Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacers, & Turret preferred.
• Onsite role; must maintain excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Capable of reading locations and SKU numbers; learn warehouse management system functions.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure completion of all daily tasks.
• Execute daily pick for the hub using the inventory system.
• Move items as required; operate power equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and orderly staging and housekeeping.
• Load/unload, stack and stage products with power equipment.
• Promote safety and a strong safety culture across the site.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
