Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a 1st Shift Forklift Driver for the South Brunswick, NJ distribution center. The role requires operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker with RF scanners, supporting daily picks and inventory accuracy. This on-site position demands excellent attendance, teamwork, and strong communication.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work overtime as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience (Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker).
• At least 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• Onsite role.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Strong communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn PKMS warehouse system.
• Ability to read/verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move, stack, and stage products.
• Daily pick for the hub using inventory system.
• Use warehouse system to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete staging/sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Loads/unloads and organizes products with power equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe aisles and surroundings.
• Promote safety and follow safety culture across the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
