Job summary

KanPak is seeking an energetic and dependable Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver to join our Arkansas City, KS team. You will safely operate forklifts, receive, store, pick, and load products, and help maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1–2 years warehouse experience, forklift training, and the ability to lift and work with attention to safety. Typical shift is 6am–2pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience or equivalent preferred.
• Specialized forklift training with 6 months to 1 year operating experience required.
• Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products safely throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, store, move, and load products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, lift, carry, and palletize products to build accurate customer orders.
• Move products into trailers and storage locations.
• Visually inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and shipment accuracy.
• Read labels, packaging information, and shipping documents.
