Ryder System, Inc. in Woolwich Township, NJ is hiring a Night Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator. Earn $20.00 per hour with a $1 shift premium, plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Shifts run Thu 12am–6am and Thu–Sat 6pm–6am in a safety‑driven warehouse environment. Responsibilities include material handling, forklift operation, RF scanning, and accurate cycle counting. Training is provided; attendance and punctuality are required, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate stand-up forklift and use RF scanners for inventory handling.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, and cycle counting.
• Follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour

• Shift Premium: $1 per hour when working shift schedule below

• Shift Schedule: Thursday 12am midnight-6am + Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred

• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting

• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks

• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)

• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production

• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

• Performs other duties as assigned.
