Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Night Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, RF scanners, and handling retail goods in a busy warehouse.

You must pass a forklift license requirement, have 1+ year of warehouse experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork. Benefits, paid training, and 401(k) options are offered with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year+ related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Meet performance guidelines per contract and quality standards.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1 per hour when working shift schedule below
• Shift Schedule: Thursday 12am midnight-6am + Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
