Ryder is immediately hiring Full Time Warehouse Forklift Operators in Spring Hill, TN.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

• Hourly Pay: $20.33 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $30.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 1:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required (one year preferred)
• One or more years of related warehouse experience preferred
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS systems
• Work overtime as assigned
• Maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and good follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure correct scanning, and train dock employees on new procedures
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for damage
• Follow policies and procedures for handling materials
• Perform material moves and related transactions
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned
