Warehouse Forklift Drivers - Galena Park, TX

We are currently seeking Warehouse Forklift Drivers for a long-term maintenance position at a site in Galena Park, TX. These roles require shift work (rotating days and nights). Please note, there is no per diem or relocation assistance; candidates must be local.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
  • Document and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the production area.
  • Control equipment using hand and foot levers (diesel, electric, gasoline, or steam-powered).
  • Interpret hand signals and load charts to determine placement.
  • Assemble or disassemble equipment or materials on construction projects.
  • Manipulate equipment on unleveled surfaces.
  • Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines/equipment.
Additional Tasks
  • Assist in meeting plant production requirements.
  • Observe operating process equipment and address maintenance needs.
  • Communicate with supervision to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform tasks like digging, spreading, scraping, packaging, and water blasting as needed.
