Job summary

Select Custom Solutions in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Driver to support efficient warehouse operations, following SOPs and safety protocols.

You will operate forklifts, read ingredients, count bags, and ensure proper inventory locations while collaborating with Production, Inventory, and QA.

No experience required; in-house training provided; shift is Monday–Friday 7am–3pm; OSHA forklift certification required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; in-house training provided.
• SCS Forklift Driver Certification as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for truck-loading procedures are consistently adhered to.
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for freight receiving procedures are consistently adhered to.
• Warehouse is properly organized and products are scanned into correct locations.
• Read ingredients and count bags on pallets.
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure all documentation requirements met during shipping/receiving process.
• Mentor new Warehouse/Forklift Drivers.
• Floating to different locations as needed.
