Job summary

Fotlinc is seeking a reliable forklift operator to move goods and equipment within the facility. You will operate a battery or LPG forklift, scan barcodes with an RF device, and stock materials as needed to support smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have 6+ months of forklift experience or 3 months with company experience; you must pass both written and driving tests to obtain the lift license per our standards. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

• Must pass written and driving tests to obtain lift license per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive a battery or LPG powered forklift to move material between areas of the facility.
• Operate RF display to obtain stock placement or retrieval instructions.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
• Load or unload materials onto pallets, skids, cages, trailers or lifting devices and store cartons or pallets into storage locations.
• Scan labels and barcodes to electronically assign cartons/pallets to location.
• Complete daily forklift service form for routine maintenance or malfunctions.
• Visually scan all pallets and slip sheets for damaged cases or improper palletization.

Position Summary

This position operates a battery or LPG powered forklift and is responsible for moving product andequipment throughout the facility as assigned.

• Drive a battery or LPG powered forklift to push, pull, lift, stack or movematerial and equipment between areas of the facility for retrieval or storagepurposes.
• Operate RF display to obtain instruction for stock placement or retrieval.
• Inventory materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
• Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, cages, trailers or liftingdevice. Store cartons or pallets into high-bay or reserve storage locations.Scan appropriate labels and barcodes to electronically assign cartons/palletsto location.
• Complete daily forklift service form for routine maintenance ormalfunctions.
• Visually scan all pallets and slip sheets for damaged cases, broken pallets orimproperly palletized cases that could result in safety or quality issues.

Minimum Job Experience Required

• 6+ months of work experience as a licensed forklift driver or at least 3 months of service tocompany in an entry level capacity.
• Must pass written and driving tests administered by the facility to obtain lift license according tocompany standards
