Job summary

TrueSense Marketing is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Driver for our Mail Processing Center in Bloomsburg. The role supports daily mail operations by safely operating forklifts to move and stage mail and packages, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Peak Season requires 6 to 7 days a week; typical hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and forklift certification or be willing to obtain it on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification onsite.
• Prior forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic reading and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards.
• Load, unload, and transport mail containers, pallets, and packages.
• Stage mail and materials for processing and dispatch.
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures and postal handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet deadlines.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Forklift Driver supports daily mail processing operations by safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage mail and packages within the facility. This role helps ensure timely, accurate, and efficient mail flow.

Peak Season: August - November - 6 to 7 days a week required

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Load, unload, and transport mail containers, pallets, and packages within the facility
• Stage mail and materials in designated areas for processing and dispatch
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all safety procedures, workplace policies, and postal handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members to meet processing deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification (will certifiy onsite)

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
