Metals USA is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Union, NJ location on 1st Shift. The role involves handling products, operating packaging equipment, and moving items using a forklift and overhead crane.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate products completed in the first step process.
• Scale and tag products.
• Operate plant packaging equipment (conveyors, stackers, down enders, banders) to move product.
• Transport items to the warehouse for future shipment.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift to move product.
• Identify defects and package designated items.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
