Description

Signature Retail Services is currently hiring for a full-time Forklift Warehouse Associate to assist with shipping/receiving and quality control inspection at our warehouse facility.

In this role, you will inspect inbound and outbound lumber products, ensure quality standards, perform minor packaging repairs, and report findings daily through an online system. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for detail.

This position offers a competitive pay of $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely unload inbound shipments using a forklift or manual methods.
• Inspect products for quality, document findings, and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and inspection reports.
• Manage inventory through palletizing and staging using forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Operate independently while communicating effectively with team and management.
• Perform minor repairs on packaging to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• 5+ years experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
• Smartphone with internet access, capable of texting and emailing.
• Basic tools including work gloves, hand tools, tape measure, and box cutter.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, and perform duties involving bending, stooping, climbing, and standing.
