Job summary

You will operate forklifts, maintain a clean and safe workspace, assist with training new staff, and follow US customs, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations as part of a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents.
• Label materials with barcodes and handling instructions.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged items and notify supervisor.
• Handle merchandise with care.
• Prepare and process order requests.
• Ensure merchandise is packed and labeled for shipping.
• Scan labels to confirm correct destination.
• Assist in training new workers.
• Perform tasks as assigned; ask for instructions if unsure.
• Comply with Safety and Security Programs.
• Follow US Customs, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain facilities: clean, organized, compliant.
• Be courteous with drivers and contract vendors.
• Daily housekeeping duties.
• Report to Warehouse Lead/Manager at shift start and end for release/timecard.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, store materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols, PPE use, and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate labels to received materials, including barcodes, product identifiers, and handling instructions.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
• Prepares and process order requests.
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
• Scanning labels to ensure products are being shipped to the right destination.
• Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
• Perform tasks strictly as assigned. If you have questions and/or doubts you must stop immediately for additional instructions.
• Compliance with Safety and Security Programs.
• Observe all Signs and regulations with US Customs, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain Facilities, clean, organized, & compliant with regulation.
