Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Forklift Operators in Minooka, Illinois. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a career path in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. The team handles consumer packaged goods using forklifts and other powered equipment in clean, organized facilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
• Able to work within a diverse work environment

Mansioni

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving
• Operate forklift and related equipment
• Audit and stage products, load and unload trucks
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned

Warehouse Forklift Operator Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $21.63 per hour

• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour shift differential

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred

• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting

• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks

• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)

• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production

• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract

• Performs other duties as assigned.
