Job summary

• Coach employees on safety, quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer service.
• Partner with management and support teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer standards.
• Assist with staffing, training, employee development, and workforce planning.
• Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customer representatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
