Job summary

Best Buy in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Floor Coordinator to join the distribution center leadership team. You will provide direction for daily tasks, lead startup meetings, and model safe practices while moving products with warehouse equipment.

You’ll supervise logs, support leadership with goals, adjust staffing, and coach team members on performance and safety. This is a hands-on onsite role with focus on efficiency and safety in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Able to pass applicable certification and driving requirements to operate equipment.
• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• 6 months leadership and distribution experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties, including verifying that all activity logs are accurate and submitted on time.
• Support leadership in communicating goals and projections.
• Monitor labor for department and adjust team members as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact and continue to perform operational duties while flexing to any department.
• Coach team members on performance and safety expectations.
