R&R Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Floater to join our team in Mooresboro, NC. You will move between areas, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, counting stock, and operating a forklift to keep daily operations moving.

This full-time role offers a Mon–Fri schedule with pay around $15/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle orders by picking, packing, labeling, and preparing daily shipments.

About the Role

R&R Solutions is looking for a reliable Warehouse Floater to join our team. In this role, you will be a helpful, all-around team member who moves between different areas of the warehouse depending on what needs to get done each day. You will help with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, counting stock, and running a forklift to keep work moving smoothly.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $15.00+ per hour (based on experience)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle Orders: Carefully pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for daily shipping.

• Receive Shipments: Unload delivery trucks, check items for damage, make sure counts match packing lists, and put items away on shelves or in bins.

• Move Materials: Safely move products, parts, and supplies around the warehouse, stockroom, and loading dock.

• Run Equipment: Check forklifts and equipment daily to make sure they are safe, and use them to move heavy items.

• Keep Space Safe & Clean: Keep work areas, aisles, and loading docks tidy and free of trip hazards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse, shipping department, or stockroom preferred.

• Equipment: Ability to safely drive a forklift (sit-down or stand-up) and use hand trucks or pallet jacks. A forklift license is a plus.

• Basic Skills: Able to use handheld scanners, simple computer tools, and basic math to count items.

• Flexible & Safe: Willing to switch tasks quickly during the day while following all workplace safety rules.

• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and stand or walk on concrete floors for most of your shift.

• Schedule: High school diploma or GED preferred, with the ability to work extra hours or weekends during busy times if needed.
