Job summary

State of New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate in Concord, NH. You will support warehouse, fleet, and facility operations across receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management.

The role is 29 hours per week and involves operating state vehicles and warehouse equipment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification if required, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent credential.
• License/Certification: Valid driver’s license and/or access to transportation.
• Other Requirements: Meet state requirements for operation of state-owned vehicles; ability to obtain forklift certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of fleet vehicles, warehouse equipment, and facilities; promptly report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns.
• Drive state owned vehicles to transport mail, supplies, equipment, promotional materials, and other agency property between Lottery locations, retailers, vendors, and service providers.
• Assist Lottery sales and marketing staff with the delivery, placement, set-up, and removal of point-of-sale materials and promotional displays at licensed retail locations when assigned.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment following safety standards and training requirements.
• Maintain warehouse facilities, storage areas, vehicles, and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine warehouse operations during the absence of warehouse supervisory staff.
• Receive, inspect, unload, sort, store, and distribute lottery materials, promotional items, equipment, and supplies.
• Load, unload, move, and organize freight within warehouse and storage locations using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Prepare, process, and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and order documentation.
