Job summary

FleetPride in Concord, NH is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support warehouse operations and assist with part delivery and pickup. You will unload, stock, and prepare orders for shipping, and ensure accuracy and safety during loading and transit.

The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification. You will follow routes, maintain vehicle safety, and provide excellent customer service on every delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Forklift operator certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring the order being delivered is correct and maintaining professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Load materials into vehicle and install bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Follow company delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency of delivery run.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
