Job summary

Custom Glass Atlanta, part of the IBP family, is hiring for an entry-level installation role. No experience needed; training provided. You will follow templates to install shelves, pull hardware, and assist with loading materials on job sites.

Ideal candidates are physically able to lift 50+ lbs, operate hand and power tools, and pass a drug screen. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to work across local projects and homes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Follow the shelving template to cut material, pre-drill holes, and fasten closet shelves to the wall.
• Pull bath hardware – towel bars, towel rings, and toilet paper holders for individual houses.
• Pull door hardware for individual houses.
• Load/unload materials – check off receiver/manifest and product.
• Communicate directly to the supervisor.

Physical Demands

This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying materials over 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and using hand and power tools for installation tasks. The position also involves frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools. Candidates must have good manual dexterity, vision, and hearing to safely perform duties, which may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction sites or dusty areas.
