Required Skills

• Strong experience with Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) in large DCs / fulfillment centers
• Good understanding of WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and WCS (Honeywell, Dematic, Daifuku) integrations
• Hands‑on knowledge of automation: conveyors, sortation, robotics, MHE
• Experience in supply chain / retail / e-commerce fulfillment environments
• Client‑facing consulting experience with strong communication skills
• Ability to create PoVs, solution decks, business cases, and roadmaps
• Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces

Roles & Responsibilities

Domain & Solution Consulting

• Act as WES SME across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, sortation, and shipping
• Define WES architecture and orchestration between WMS, WCS, and automation systems
• Support build vs. buy, modernization, and migration initiatives
• Design scalable and resilient future‑state WES capabilities

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage IT, operations, and automation teams to identify business needs and KPIs
• Translate pain points into WES‑driven solutions (throughput, accuracy, labor, SLA)
• Support executive discussions, PoVs, and transformation roadmaps

Implementation & Delivery

• Define requirements, business rules, and integration patterns with engineering teams
• Guide execution (task prioritization, carton routing, wave‑less execution)
• Support pilots, phased rollouts, and scaling across DCs
• Collaborate with vendors/OEMs (conveyors, sorters, robotics, PLCs)

Good to Have

• AI/ML‑based decisioning (task optimization, congestion avoidance)
• Experience in automation/robotics strategy for high‑volume fulfillment
