Job summary

Acosta Group, via CORE Foodservice, seeks a Sales Support Team member in Cincinnati to help keep inventory organized and support events and distributor activities. You will assist with sampling, order picking, deliveries, and coordinating marketing materials while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in customer service or sales support, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support major shows and events, including vendor participation and budgeting.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides and submit marketing requests.
• Assist shipping/receiving and palletize orders for delivery.
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, flyers, and samples for events.
• Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and vehicle logistics.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
