Job summary

Acosta Group’s CORE Foodservice segment is seeking a part-time Sales Support team member in Cincinnati to help organize our warehouse, maintain product sample inventory, and coordinate pickup and delivery of products and supplies to multiple locations. The role supports shows, events, and marketing campaigns while assisting with orders and documentation with a customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales support experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major shows, vendor fairs, etc.
• Confirm participation of scheduled events by client.
• Coordinate and secure product allowances, POS & applicable coupons.
• Coordinate and order the needed samples and equipment.
• Coordinate all food show related costs for submission to finance department.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides (matrices) and documentation.
• Support sales with flyers and marketing administration.
• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise and matching purchase orders to sample orders.
• Labeling materials with identifying information and preparing orders for shipment.
