The Role

As a warehouse error resolution associate, you understand and demonstrate basic functions of working within the warehouse environment, as well as beginning to learn the essential duties for multiple departments within the Distribution Center.

As a Warehouse Error Resolution Associate, you are expected to have a basic comprehension of your role within the department and the goals needed to achieve daily. This includes proper training on equipment such as the CAJA robotic system, Semi-Automatic Tapers, Panda, Reject Lane, IBOD, Sanitation, Picking, Packing, and RF gun. Equipment will be provided to support your success.

You will also learn to work safely, following guidelines to ensure your safety. This involves understanding how your role impacts other departments, and setting daily goals to transition to more advanced responsibilities.

Your Impact
  • Research and resolve errors and issues as needed.
  • Handle partial orders from Caja Cubbies and wave drops.
  • Communicate items that need to be recalled via appropriate software or channels.
  • Maintain records with date and time stamps.
  • Manage over picks and under picks, check cubbies hourly, and coordinate with shipping or other departments.
  • Work with leadership to approve re-pick procedures.
  • Document unresolved issues with date stamps.
  • Review HighJump and aged reports to reduce aged orders.
  • Perform end-of-day duties, including collecting picks and returning them to inventory or wall.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
