Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Warehouse, Equipment, & Facilities Technician to support restoration operations. You will maintain warehouse organization, service mitigation equipment, coordinate vehicle maintenance, prepare supplies for job sites and other locations, and perform outdoor maintenance including lawn care for company properties.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to handle indoor and outdoor tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, restoration, or a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Pull, prepare, and stage supplies, tools, and materials for projects and field teams.
• Track inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages to management.
• Inspect, test, and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).
• Transport company vehicles to/from repair shops for scheduled maintenance.
• Perform lawn care and general outdoor maintenance for facilities.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and light maintenance around warehouse and offices.
