Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a dedicated Warehouse, Equipment, & Facilities Technician to support our restoration operations. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, servicing mitigation equipment, coordinating vehicle maintenance, preparing supplies for job sites and other office locations, and performing outdoor maintenance, including lawn care for company properties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, restoration, or a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and lawn care techniques.
• Must be over the age of 25

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Pull, prepare, and stage supplies, tools, and materials for restoration projects and field teams.
• Track inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages to management.
• Properly label and store equipment, tools, and chemicals according to safety standards.
