Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking an Equipment Operator to manage powered industrial trucks and manual material movement to support Production needs. You will unload, move, and stack materials, supply workers with supplies, and maintain accurate inventory on the shop floor.

The role requires basic computer skills and at least a high school diploma, with 1+ years of experience preferred. On-site work with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 1+ years' experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory control system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks and move materials to support Production needs.
• Unload, move, and stack materials safely.
• Supply materials to work teams and maintain accurate inventory on the floor.
• Identify labels and document material transfers as needed.
• Communicate about shipments and material handling with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular attendance as work is on-site.
