Job summary

Best Choice Products is seeking an Equipment Operator in Indianapolis, IN for a full-time fulfillment center role. You will load, unload, and stack merchandise using material handling equipment and scanners to ensure accurate inventory and locations.

The position requires 1+ year warehouse experience, forklift/pallet jack certification if possible, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Expect 10–12 hour shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
• Active forklift and/or pallet jack certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand freight instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stack merchandise using material handling equipment.
• Separate merchandise for shipment per instructions.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling.
• Label pallets or cartons correctly.
• Apply shrink-wrap to pallets.
• Transport merchandise to storage locations from receiving.
• Pick products as needed.
• Relocate products within the facility as needed.
• Use a scanner to track inventory and locations.
• Follow policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
