Job summary

McKesson, a Fortune 10 health care company, is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate for our Memphis-area Distribution Center. You will help ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and participate in company wellbeing and training programs.

This entry-level role requires ability to walk long distances during shifts and lift 20–50 lbs, with on-the-job training for equipment and automation. Competitive night and day shifts are available with benefits.

Position Overview

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Keep Your Edge: Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

Compensation & Incentives

• Sunday - Thursday 8:00PM - 4:30AM , Sunday - Thursday 6:00 PM - 2:30AM - $17.40 per hour plus Overnight $1.50/hr Monday to Friday 1:00PM until Completion - $17.40 per hour plus Overnight $1.50/hr
• Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.
