McKesson is hiring dynamic warehouse associates for our Distribution Center in Missouri. Employees will be paid hourly with Day, Mid, and Night shifts, and opportunities for growth and training in power industrial equipment and automation.

Job Summary

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

Shift Options

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM or until shift completion - $18.75/hr.
• Mid Shift: Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday 9:00AM start, and Friday 9:30AM start until shift completion - $18.75/hr.
• Night Shift: Sunday - 6:00 PM-2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday - 7:00 PM-3:30 AM or until shift is complete - $20.75/hr. Starting pay rate up to $20.75/hour, increasing to $21.50/hour in 12-months!

What You’ll Do

• Keep Your Edge – Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Always Learning – We offer on-the-job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

What You’ll Need

• Entry level experience
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 - 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment – Training will be provided

Compensation

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors: career level, experience, skills, fairness & equity, and geographical markets.

In addition to hourly pay, most warehouse associates are eligible for performance incentives. In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond its scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our warehouse associates plan. *Available shifts may change and will be discussed at time of interview*
