Job Summary

Receive product shipments from customers, identify the product, repackage product, and forward to the appropriate department or vendor.

Location: HD SUPPLY, 3781 Bur Wood Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085

Pay: $18.00-19.00 per hour DOE + Full Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time, 9:30AM-6:00PM, Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug test

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive daily product returns, update customer information, and complete paperwork by matching return authorizations.
• Repackage products and ensure documentation is completed for each packet.
• Contact customers via phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Ship returns to appropriate locations.
