Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) in Stockton, CA. The role involves operating stand-up forklifts and other powered equipment, accurate picking, and bulk storage tasks while adhering to OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers.
• Post-offer background check & drug screen required.
• Ability to work overtime hours beyond regular shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial machinery, including stand-up forklifts, following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with associates and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners.
• Follow established standard operating procedures for task areas.
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely.
• Participate in associate meetings and report concerns to management.
• Carry out responsibilities following OSHA standards and company policies.

Benefits

New Pay rate: $24.50 ($23.00 base rate plus $1.50 shift differential)

Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked

Average incentive over $325 per month in production based roles.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.25

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
