Warehouse Equipment Operator (2nd Shift 3:30 pm)

Join us as a Warehouse Equipment Operator (2nd Shift 3:30 pm) at Ferguson.

Position Details

• Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday-Friday (overtime as scheduled)
• Pay rate: $23.50/hour (base $22.00 + $1.50 shift differential)
• Monthly incentives: up to $5.50 per direct labor hour

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, willing to work overtime
• 3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Post-offer background check & drug screening required

Additional Information

Wage range: $15.00 - $26.17 per hour/monthly for salaried roles. This role is eligible for bonuses/incentives. Starting wages may vary by location to meet local wage laws.
