Job summary

Highline Aftermarket in Elkton, MD is seeking Electric Pallet Jack Operators, Reach Truck Drivers and Stock/Cherry Picker Operators to join our warehouse team. You will locate, pull, and stage customer materials, operate powered industrial trucks, and maintain accurate internal records while following safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Demonstrates basic math for tallying and labeling.
• Must be able to read orders and labels accurately without transposing part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (pallet jack, reach truck) and move materials as directed.
• Pull, process, and inspect materials, ensuring correct items are shipped.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate inventory movement records.

ELECTRIC PALLET JACK OPERATORS

REACH TRUCK DRIVERS

STOCK/CHERRY PICKER OPERATORS

The Order Puller (full case) locates, pulls, and stages customer materials for shipment based on daily pick tickets, while maintaining accurate accounting of internal transactions, placement, and movement of material.

Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks by securing material prior to handling or storing and by operating at reasonable speeds and control. Levels- Fork lift, Reach lift
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) preventing incidents or injury to self or others
• Pull, process and perform inspections of materials, supplies, tools, fixtures and parts
• Responsible for shipping, pulling orders and completing required paperwork
• Move materials within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from staging and processing areas

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Powered Industrial Truck Certified is preferred
• Basic computer skills

Skills and Specifications:

• Competent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent addition and subtraction math skills
• Competent literacy skills to read orders and labels without transposing part numbers

Physical Qualifications:

• Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching
• Walking and/or standing up to 10 hours per day, 6 days per week if applicable
• Repetitive grasping and twisting with hands
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs to retrieve stock items
