US Foods is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair pallet jacks, forklifts, highlifts, and related warehouse equipment in Seabrook, NH. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, logging actions, and adhering to safety policies to ensure continuous operation of day and night warehouse activities.

The position offers a schedule from 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm, with benefits starting Day One, and a base hourly rate up to $34.00 with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent preferred; additional mechanic training or trade school degree preferred.
• Experience: at least six months of mechanic experience required.
• Knowledge of equipment repair and operation; able to repair and overhaul warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, highlifts, forklifts).
• Review equipment reports and maintain a repair log per policy.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and maintain PM logs.
• Follow safety guidelines (Lock Out/Tag Out, placarding, documentation) and maintain tool area and batteries.
