Job summary

A local logistics company in Stroudsburg is looking for an Equipment Controller to manage warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., a valid PA Driver’s License, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. This role involves lifting up to 80lbs and maintaining a clean work environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry a 12 foot ladder
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs

Responsibilities

• Properly managing the flow of material and equipment in and out of the warehouse.
• Accurately maintaining physical counts of warehouse materials monthly.
• Receiving returned equipment, new inventory and vendor shipments.
• Storing inventory and preparing shipments for return to repair facilities
• Operating company vehicles for pick-up and delivery following traffic laws and guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, safe and productive warehouse environment
• Performing additional duties as assigned

The Equipment Controller is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of various warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, staging and distributing materials, tools and equipment to internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner.

General duties include:

• Properly managing the flow of material and equipment in and out of the warehouse
• Accurately maintaining and performing physical counts of warehouse materials on a monthly basis
• Receiving returned equipment, new inventory and vendor shipments
• Storing warehouse inventory in its proper place and preparing shipments for return to repairing facilities
• Operating company vehicles for pick-up and delivery following all traffic laws and company guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, neat and professional appearance of the warehouse at all times
• Maintaining a clean, safe and productive work environment at all times
• Additional duties as assigned
